Each collar is made of two layers of very pliable, durable vinyl. The underside that is next to your dogs skin is soft and almost suede-like. Collars are stitched, NOT GLUED.
Metal fittings are also riveted through both vinyl layers, NOT GLUED. (see close-up photo below) Much more durable and these collars won't fray even with the roughest of dogs.
