SHIPPING: All orders are processed in the order they arrive and shipped either USPS Priority Mail, Canada Post or Internationally from our warehouse.   You will receive a confirmation after your order has been shipped and you can track your order through our Order Tracking process.  A minimum order of $6.99 is required.  Our goal is that all domestic packages are received within 5-14 business days after being ordered.  

RETURNS: You must return all merchandise unused within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original packaging including instructions, warranty cards, etc.  A 20% or $5.00 re-stocking fee ( whichever is greater) will be applied.  We regret that dog apparel, personalized items and special order items cannot be returned to us unless there is a defect in workmanship in which case we will replace with an identical product.  All shipping is non-refundable.

ERRORS: We work very hard to assure your order is correct when it leaves the warehouse but should an error occur please give us the opportunity to correct it.
